At the invitation of our company, FWK Germany dispatched two technical experts to China for a one week visit to important Chinese customers of MT series modules and RIOS wireless radio systems. Through on-site technical communication and Q&A, the technical problems encountered by the customers were effectively resolved. This event has enabled FWK to better understand the actual usage needs of Chinese customers and provide the most practical and effective customer feedback information support for further improving the technical level of the product. Similar professional technical communication activities are organized by our company and FWK company every three months.
